The traditional Yellow Pages product continues to show high usage for category references and over the past several years, unique phone numbers have been placed by the Yellow Pages industry in various Internet Yellow Pages ads. The response was then measured reflecting 81% of the IYP users that made contact with a business did so by phone. (2006 Yellow Pages Industry Usage Study by Knowledge Networks/SRI)
